Shipping policy

We ship NanoPurity Labs orders as carefully and promptly as possible. Shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment.
U.S. shipping rates
- 1 bottle: $4.99 standard U.S. shipping.
- 3 bottles: free standard U.S. shipping.
- 6 bottles: free standard U.S. shipping.
Discounts or special offers may change the rate shown at checkout. The checkout total is the final shipping charge for that order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Carrier transit begins after the order leaves our business. Available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, holidays, or severe weather. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order.
Shipping address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact care@nanopuritylabs.com immediately. We will try to help, but an address cannot be changed after the order has been fulfilled or shipped.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including any required return shipping.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can help review the shipment.
